About this model
The Empower is for the family that has outgrown everything smaller. Four bedrooms, two full baths and 2,040 square feet in a double wide.
On top of the four bedrooms, it comes with an 11 x 14 foot den. It is a full room, bigger than the fourth bedroom. Use it as an office, study room, sitting room, or a room for a relative living with you.
The living room is 19 feet 4 inches wide. The primary bedroom is 14 feet 4 inches by 14 feet 5 inches, with its own bath and tub. The bedrooms are split, so the primary sits at one end and the rest at the other. Real privacy.
The kitchen has a large island, dishwasher, pantry, European range hood and 42-inch tall cabinets. The dining room is its own space, not a corner of the living room.
It is part of Clayton's MiYO series, built at the Giles plant in New Tazewell, Tennessee.
Before you ask for a price: check your septic
This is a 4-bedroom home. In Georgia the county approves the septic system based on the number of bedrooms. If your land has a septic approved for 3 bedrooms, it will not pass the permit.
We help you check it before you sign anything. We don't want you to lose time or money.
There is also the option of converting the den into a fifth bedroom. If you choose that option, the septic has to be approved for 5 bedrooms.
