About this model
The Alicia 16x76 is a new mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 1,140 square feet of living area. It is a single-section home, easy to transport and install, with an open design that feels much bigger than you expect from the outside.
The heart of the home is the kitchen. It has a large island with room for four people, 42-inch upper cabinets, an included dishwasher and a European range hood. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, so you can cook and keep talking with your family. Flat 8-foot ceilings and recessed lighting throughout bring light to every space.
The bedrooms are split on purpose. The primary bedroom measures 11'-4" x 14'-0" and sits at one end of the home, with its own full bathroom, garden tub with shower, double vanity and two closets. The other two bedrooms are at the opposite end, with the second full bathroom between them. It is real privacy for the whole family.
