About this model
The Julieta 16x76 is a new mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 1,140 square feet of living area. It is a single-section home, easy to transport and install, with the bedrooms split on purpose at both ends to give the whole family privacy.
The kitchen is the center of the home. It has a large island with room to sit, 42-inch upper cabinets with concealed hinges, a Samsung stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a smooth-top electric range and a stainless steel range hood. Next to it is the utility room with washer and dryer hookups, plus two pantries so you never run out of space.
The primary bedroom measures 11'-9" x 14'-6" and sits at one end of the home, with its own full bathroom and closet. The other two bedrooms are at the opposite end, with the second full bathroom nearby. The living room measures 14' x 14'-4" and opens to the dining area and kitchen.
