About this model
The Renata 16x76 is a new mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 1,140 square feet of living area. It is a single-section home, easy to transport and install, with the bedrooms spread across both ends to give the whole family privacy.
The primary bedroom measures 12'-1" x 14'-0" and has its own full bathroom with a double vanity, plus a walk-in closet with room to spare. The other two bedrooms are at the opposite end of the home, with the second full bathroom close to both.
The living room measures 13'-11" x 14'-0" and opens to the dining area and kitchen, so the whole social area feels like one space. The kitchen has a good work counter and a direct connection to the dining area. The home also includes a separate laundry room with washer and dryer hookups.
The Renata is a new factory-built home, built by Clayton, one of the largest and most respected manufacturers in the United States. We handle delivery and installation in Georgia. Message us and we will gladly share all the details.
