The Ximena 16x76 is a new mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 1,140 square feet of living area. It is a single-section home, easy to transport and install, with the bedrooms placed at both ends to give the whole family privacy.
The living room measures 15 feet by 14'-4" and is one of the most spacious you will find in a home this size. It opens directly to the kitchen, which has a large center island with room to sit. The upper cabinets are 42 inches, and the home comes with a Samsung stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a smooth-top electric range and a stainless steel range hood.
The primary bedroom measures 10'-10" x 14'-4" and has its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are at the opposite end of the home, with the second full bathroom between them. The home also includes a utility room with washer and dryer hookups and direct access to the patio.
